The Breeding Farm consists of a fully equipped breeding shed, including artificial vagina and mounting station, as well as ample stable space for hosting stallions, mares and foals. We usually employ natural reproduction as the method of choice for covering, yet if desired by the owner and/or medical indications, artificial insemination is also practiced. Veterinary assistance is available 24 hours a day for frequent ecographic controls.
Stallions
RAMSES. Born in Germany in 2000,he was brought to the Breeding Farm at only one year of age. Descendent of the family Dahman Shawan, famous for their archetypal traits and large black eyes, Ramses is a direct nephew of the famous Ansata Bint Bukra. She was the founding mare of Ansata Stud: the last daughter of Ansata Rebecca (Ansata Abu Sudan x Ansata Rhodora out of Ansata Bint Bukra).
Ramses has been able to transmit his evident and distinctive qualities to all his foals, by now dispersed throughout Europe and the Arabic countries: his big black eyes, a strong presence and fine Arabian charm. His offspring furthermore inherit his joyful character and affinity to humans, whether in the saddle or throughout the daily routine.
IBN EL NIL. A stallion that seems to have come straight out of a fairytale of Arabian horses, he is our most notorious horse at the international level. He also belongs to the Dahman Shawan family, and was imported by Monika Savier directly from Cairo. This horse has written history, not only through his various First in Show titles and as winner of the competition of “most classic head”, but also for having run in the Cairo hippodrome for two years with good success. After presumably having received performance-enhancing substances during his years at the hippodrome, his reproductive qualities have been influenced and his fertility thus reduced.” Nonetheless, after spending two years under natural conditions on TRE BALZANE breeding farm, he has regained his health and improved his fertility levels. His offspring born in 2008 have met the high expectations and present the fine type of his father and an athletic, archetypal physique, thanks to his classic gene pool derived from the best Ansata lines and Egyptian origin.
TB YASIR. He is a promising stallion born at TRE BALZANE stud and is graced by a black coat without any speck of white. He is one of the last sons of Salaa El Dine (Ansata Halim Shah x Hanan), unfortunately now deceased, and of Sulifah (Alaa Al Din x Matala Bint Marah da Jamil), a mare of international renown, also from TRE BALZ:ANE. TB Yasir has inherited a very short head and big eyes from his mother, as well as a very typical Arabian appearance. From his father he has undoubtedly inherited the long neck with an optimum top-line, excellent presence and movement with an elevated tail, typical of his lineage, the Abbayan Om Yurai family.
