 From Rome via Spoleto
Motorway A1 (Rome>Florence), exit Orte. From there take the A-road in the direction of Terni and Spoleto. From there, go in the direction of Castel Ritaldi until you get to La Bruna. About one kilometer after La Bruna (always continuing straight ahead) you will reach a crossroads where you have to take the left turning in the direction of Torre Grosso. About one kilometre later you will come to a sharp bend to the right. A few metres after that turn left into a small road. If you continue along this path for about two kilometres you will reach Tre Balzane Stud Farm.
By train...
Spoleto station is on the inter-city line which goes from Rome to Ancona. The journey takes about 1 hour 20 minutes.
Coming from the North....
Take the A1 from Florence in the direction of Rome, exit Valdichiana. Then take the A-road via Perugia, Assisi in the direction of Spoleto until after Trevi. In Trevi turn right in the direction of Castel Ritaldi. This road ends after about ten kilometres, then turn left. After a few metres you will go through Mercatello. About one kilometre after Mercatello turn right in the direction of Torre Grosso. About one kilometre later you will come to a sharp bend to the right. A few metres after that turn left into a small road. If you continue along this path for about two kilometres you will reach Tre Balzane Stud Farm.
